Access to WageIndicator Living Wage Data

1. Access to WageIndicator Living Wage Data shall be subscription based. WageIndicator shall revise subscription rates as and when necessary.
2. Subscription: All subscription payments shall be paid in advance. Access to WageIndicator Living Wage Data shall be provided on receiving 100% payment, on a non-refundable basis.
3. Region-wise data: Clients shall be able to retrieve the required data after making the necessary payment, on a non-refundable basis.
4. INTERNAL USE ONLY: The full methodology package underlying its living wage calculations WageIndicator puts at the disposal of clients for internal use only.
5. NO PUBLISHING OF DATA: Client is not allowed to publish, or share the datasets/spreadsheets provided by WageIndicator with third parties.
6. NO SELLING OF DATA: Client is not allowed to sell the data provided by WageIndicator.
7. NO RESPONSIBILITY BY WAGEINDICATOR: WageIndicator does not take any responsibility for inadequate use of its living wage-benchmark by client.
8. NO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT: Should any infringement on its intellectual property rights by client occur, WageIndicator reserves the right to cancel the present Agreement immediately.
